Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of digital accounts on King of Mail (the "Site", "we"). By using the Site, creating an account or ordering without an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of service

The Site sells login credentials of Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and similar email accounts as digital goods. The features shown on the product (account age, 2FA, region, whether SMS is required, etc.) describe the delivered account. Each account is delivered to one buyer only.

2. Accounts and guest checkout

• Members shop with a prepaid balance. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
• You can also order without an account by paying once in crypto. Guest prices are 5% above member prices and the minimum is 5 items (or all remaining stock if fewer are left). Your order is kept in an account linked to the email you enter and you receive a private order link.
• Orders that would leave 1–4 items in stock are not accepted; the last 5 or fewer are sold together.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price at the moment you create the payment applies to your order.
• Payments are made in crypto (USDT, BTC, LTC, SOL, TRX) through the payment provider Cryptomus. No card details are collected or stored on the Site.
• A 10% bulk discount is applied automatically to orders of 250 items or more.
• Payments must be sent on the network and for the amount shown, within the time limit. The Site is not liable for losses caused by a wrong network, underpayment or expired payments, although we will do our best to help.

4. Delivery

• For "instant delivery" products the credentials appear on screen and on your My Orders page (or your private order link for guest orders) as soon as payment is confirmed or your balance is charged.
• "Delivered in 0–3 hours" (pre-order) products are sold during support hours only. If the time runs out you can keep waiting or get the amount refunded to your balance.
• The amount of any order that cannot be delivered is refunded to your balance automatically.

5. Your obligations

You must use purchased accounts in line with applicable law and the rules of the relevant platform (Google, Microsoft, etc.). Using accounts for spam, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, malware distribution or any other unlawful purpose is prohibited, and you are solely responsible for any such use. We recommend changing the password and updating the recovery details after delivery.

6. Limitation of liability

• We are not liable if an account that worked at delivery later becomes inaccessible because of your actions or a decision of the platform (restriction, verification request, suspension). Faulty deliveries are covered by our Refund Policy.
• Our liability for any order is in all cases limited to the amount paid for that order.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, supplier outages or force majeure.

7. Suspension

We may suspend an account and stop orders if we detect use that breaches these terms, payment abuse or a security risk.

8. Right of withdrawal

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly, so the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has started. See our Refund Policy for faulty deliveries and refunds.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version takes effect when published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
